Pass2Certify is a platform that relies on user-submitted content and contributions.

Pass2Certify respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to valid copyright infringement claims submitted to our designated Copyright Agent as described below. When a proper notice of alleged infringement is received, Pass2Certify will review the claim and take appropriate action at its sole discretion, which may include removing the infringing material and suspending or terminating accounts of repeat infringers.

If you believe your copyrighted work or other intellectual property has been used on Pass2Certify without authorization, please send a written notice containing the following details to our Copyright Agent:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
  2. A description of where the material you claim is infringing can be found on the site (include the specific URL if possible).
  3. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, along with an email address for the alleged infringing party if known.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner, or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Pass2Certify may request additional information to verify your claim before removing any material. If content is removed based on your notice, we will notify the user who posted it. We may also share your contact information with that user so they can respond directly to your claim.
